As a qualified Primary School teacher, Louise has many years of experience teaching across a broad range of ages and abilities. She has also tutored Key Stage 2 children

(7-11 years old) online in both English and mathematics, moving onto tutoring children for the GL 11+ papers in verbal and non-verbal reasoning, English and mathematics.

As an accomplished leader in secondary education, John has honed a wide range of skills to help develop school leaders in their strategic and operational effectiveness. As such, he is vastly experienced in working with a wide range of educational stakeholders. Most recently, this has included professional leadership coaching, headteacher appraisals and leading quality assurance reviews for individual schools, Multi Academy Trusts, and Challenge Partners.

He also Chairs the Executive Leadership Advisory Panel for the Ogden Trust, which works to engage with school leaders so that they are informed about, and can engage with, the exceptional programmes they offer.
